Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process. I tested them working fine for me on both versions. You have to only enable the ones that are for your version (Don't enable 1.0 codes if you're playing a 1.1 version and vice versa). Ported the Misc Codes to ones that work for Version 1.1 of the game. I know Infinite HP In Battle doesn't work in the 1.1 version of the game and possibly others also. As a disclaimer, they all don't work in version 1.1 of the game, but work in my copy of the original version. I think I have something that is working between reboots of my computer for me. You have to forgive my learning to pointer scan. You have to enable character scripts once for the character editor to work. Removed Misc Options for now until I have time to rework those. Reworked the table to hopefully be working for most. Also added ability to modify items using the character editor. I added some misc options for Have 50 of Every Item In Storage and All Drops Have 1/3rd Chance. I now have Infinite HP and Rune Use for Battles under Misc Scripts. I had to rework the Battle Scripts as there was a bug with them. Thanks to the folks who created the Gameshark codes for this game as I ported some things over to this cheat table. Also the money pointer (bits in this game). I have Infinite HP In Battle, Infinite Rune Use Out of Battle, Quick Level Gain, Infinite Usable Items and a Character Editor with options for experience and character attributes for now. Kind of similar to my table on Suikoden 5 but without as many options right now. I have a table for Suikoden 1 NTSC using ePSXe 2.0.5. Starting playing Suikoden 1 again (may go through the series). If you message me here on YouTube you may not get a prompt response.I got on a retro RPG kick. If you have any further questions, the fastest way to reach me is to contact me via when you click on Contact. And that concludes my tutorial on using the PlayStation 1 game saves available in my. (Ah, which key do I have for Start.) There we go. And since I have a BIN file I am going to "Run ISO". So now that I moved it over I am going to test it. When you replace the memory card file here, if you have any other saves in that memory card file they will be deleted so you might want to make a backup if you have anything in there. And I am going to cut it and I am going to move it into memcards (the memory cards folder).
I am going to drag out epsxe000.mcr which is the first memory card file. So you can just double-click and open them up and copy and drag over the game save file. And they work they exact same way as a regular folder does.

By default Windows uses compressed folders to handle zip files. And I have WinRAR installed so your zip files won't quite behave as mine are. So the first step is to extract the memory card file from the zip file.
So I the BIN file here and I also have one of my Castlevania game save zip files. So for this tutorial I will be using Castlevania Symphony of the Night.

Isn't that great?! Anyway in this tutorial I will precisely show you how to use the PlayStation 1 game saves that are available in my for ePSXe. This is so that if your computer crashes or for any other reason you lose your saved position in an RPG thanks to my saves you could continue pretty much where you left off. Meaning you can continue an RPG at any significant point in the game. So one of the features that my website offers is that every RPG I have shrined has a complete collection of periodical game saves.
